Scoreloop Helps Manage Friends and Social Network Connections with Standalone Android App

Scoreloop, a provider of infrastructure, implementation services and enhanced end user experiences for game publishers and carriers, announced that their newly unveiled standalone Android (News - Alert) app is designed to help users manage friends, social network connections and stay up-to-date about the latest games friends are playing.

The app will also act as a launch pad of games for Scoreloop’s community of over million users as well as offer a Facebook (News - Alert)-like feed to view gaming experiences. Users can utilize the android app to figure out new games based on their social graph and gaming experiences. They can also connect to friends who are utilizing other platforms such as iPhone (News - Alert).

Recent researchers have indicated that the recommendation of an app or game via social networking feeds is a powerful way of cross-promoting to a user’s graph because it happens automatically while doing what the user loves: playing games.
