RunE2E Debuts Mobile Sales App for CRM Product

RunE2E, which specializes in Customer Relationship Management solutions, announced the launch of RunMobile a mobile sales application for RunCRM, a qualified SAP (News - Alert) Business All-in-One Partner Solution. It’s being marketed as an innovative, on-the-go CRM technology for smartphones such as the BlackBerry and iPhone.

 

RunCRM is based on the SAP All-In-One Platform, which is designed for small- and mid-sized businesses. The solution includes delivery using the RSD (Rapid Solution Delivery) methodology. RSD helps the system to run quickly by using standardized processes, best practices and thorough documentation. It also includes pre-configuration of common business scenarios which allow delivery of a complete solution within 13 weeks at the most.

 

RunMobile is a feature-rich application which is capable of connecting smartphone users to their customer data where ever they are and at any time.

 

The new application is actually an extension of RunCRM. RunMobile enables sales, marketing and service professionals to employ a Blackberry or an iPhone (News - Alert) in real-time interactions with the RunCRM solution resulting in improved efficiency and productivity.

 

RunE2E’s mobile offering follows efforts made by businesses to employ mobile computing in field use extensively. This was also revealed by a survey conducted by Information Week Analytics which included business technology professionals. It was found that two-thirds of them had already deployed or planned to deploy mobile apps in their companies.
