CosmoGo Boosts Customer Experience



CosmoCom has announced that its latest release, CosmoCall Version 6, contains a new smartphone technology called CosmoGo that intelligently alerts marketing and service resources with important customer details prior to answering the call such as name, product interested in or reason for contacting.
Consider the following scenario: A prospective customer is surfing the Internet either on a laptop, smartphone or a standalone desktop, and something pretty cool like a new silver convertible model X catches their eye. On no more than a whim, the interested party checks out details and the e-brochure gently suggest that they can call to check it out.

A simple click then prompts for primary contact call numbers and name. All details such as car model and customer contact inputs instantly pop up (see a sample screen below) on a marketing executive’s 24x7 Internet enabled mobile device. 


The offering also uses beeping sounds to remind the executive to press the call button as they are fully armed with upfront info on the potential customer so within seconds it identifies them by name and recalls, “You are interested in a new silver convertible model X.”

In the past, such automated processes were available to desktop bound or laptop enabled employees only. CosmoGo takes this technology one step further by introducing it to smartphones and, as TMC (News - Alert) reported, there is significant demand for smartphones.
