Church and Crawford Have the Perfect Solution for Customers and Mobile Advertisers
Church and Crawford, a company that powers software solutions for mobile phones, has recently revealed that they are one step closer to a major revenue generating concept benefitting the mobile marketing industry, in the form of a new mobile application. After considering how the application will significantly reduce costs associated with IVR and CTI (News - Alert) software, as well as configuring the income generated by innovative marketing techniques, experts estimate an earning capacity of $21.31 billion.
Church and Crawford’s plan is to use the concepts and patents behind the Orexis application (an existing application that the company offers to ‘anyone who carries a mobile phone) and create a new mobile platform that the company will call End Point Mobile Solutions (EMP+). On order to build on the concepts behind the Orexis, it was crucial that the company obtain a global license. Now with the license in hand, Church and Crawford reveal to the public some of their ideas.
Expanding on some of the technological concepts behind the Orexis, the EMP+ will reduce the amount of time that customers spend waiting to speak to service representatives. Additionally, with the Guide User Interface (GUI), customers have the option of finding quick solutions beforehand, eliminating superfluous conversations with service representatives as well as the wait time these conversations often entail.
The EMP+ will also take advantage of the lucrative industry of mobile advertising using “User Focused Space.” So in addition to designating a full 20 seconds to customer focus, the wait will enable advertisers to pick up on relevant customer needs.
In the end, the final product should eliminate a significant amount of cost associated with software and employee labor, assist the customer with faster and more efficient solutions and still maximize on advertising capabilities.
