NetVersant Solutions Now Authorized Champion Partner of ShoreTel

NetVersant Solutions, a provider of network infrastructure and converged applications solutions, is now a new Authorized Champion Partner of ShoreTel (News - Alert).

As a partner, NetVersant said it will now sell and deliver ShoreTel’s unified communication solutions.

ShoreTel is a provider of IP phone systems with fully integrated unified communications. The company has designed the Champion Partner Program to strengthen the relationship between ShoreTel and its partners and is designed to help improve both companies' market share in the UC industry, while ensuring every customer continues to be delighted with their ShoreTel experience.

"We're pleased to welcome value-added partners into the Champion Partner Program - especially those that have a commitment to sales and technical training, infrastructure development and focus on customer service in delivering our innovative products and leading business solutions," Tom Hamilton, senior director of worldwide channel marketing at ShoreTel said in a press release.

"In this case, we are encouraged by NetVersant Solutions' commitment to value-add solution sales and delivery of ShoreTel Unified Communications (News - Alert) systems, Hamilton added.

ShoreTel is based in Sunnyvale, California, and has regional offices in Austin, Texas, the United Kingdom, Sydney, Australia and Munich, Germany. Back in 2010, ShoreTel announced its agreement to help America's Car-Mart save money and improve customer service using ShoreTel UC system. Car-Mart, the largest publicly-held automotive retailer in the U.S, operates 95 automotive dealerships in eight states.

In other ShoreTel news, the company has recently announced that it has extended virtualization support to the enterprise contact center and it has partnered with Ruckus Wireless (News - Alert) to deliver a "Mobile Unified Communications Starter Kit" targeting SMBs. The company also has announced VMware certification for its Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) solution.
